Portuguese Salad

1kg Octopus
2 onions
100ml of water
1 Branch of Coriander
1 Red Pepper
Olive oil qb
Vinegar qb
Salt qb
Black Pepper qb

Start by washing the octopus well and place it in a pressure cooker with an onion and water. Place the pot on the heat and as soon as the valve of the pot whistles, turn the heat to minimum and let it cook for about 20 minutes.
Remove the octopus from the pot and let it cool. Once it is cold, cut it into small pieces.
To prepare the octopus salad, finely chop an onion, the coriander, and the red bell pepper and place everything in a bowl. Add the octopus, olive oil, and vinegar to taste.
Finally, season the salad with salt and pepper. Wrap the mixture and place it in the refrigerator.
The octopus salad should be served cold.
